Most of our service clients are located in Aspen, Snowmass Village, Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs. Roaring Fork Help desk scope turned to small businesses and individuals needing strong technical support and help with technical training and security and network policy. We now provide ongoing support or for larger clients we offer flat rate support at an agreed annual fee, helping keep IT costs in check and giving business the ability to focus on all aspects of IT from WEB, to network, to Systems, to Security Internet and physical security systems. We help medium businesses keep their networks up to date, and we offer long term Website design and support. We offer network security risk analysis and disaster recovery services and preparation. We offer layered security network design to help clients like the School District in Glenwood Springs manage risk to network systems for hackers.
