We are seeking an entry-level computer technician/office manager who is eager to learn and willing to take on various responsibilities. In this role, you will manage our office’s day-to-day operations and provide technical support to our Clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities

Provide technical support to our Clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Assist with inventory management and procurement of equipment and supplies

Perform basic network administration tasks, such as setting up user accounts and managing permissions

Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems

Basic knowledge of networking and server administration

Prior experience in an office environment preferred but not required
